An international peer review on the first period of PAAVO, the program to reduce long-term homeless in Finland (2008-2011) was carried out in 2010. It provided useful viewpoints for planning the next program period.

Evaluation on the whole PAAVO program (2008-2015) was carried out in 2014 as an international research review. The evaluation team consists of distinguished researchers on homelessness issues. Target of the process was to provide information and outlooks on measures in tackling homelessness after the present program period.
